Barbabos – 2004

I travelled to Barbados in the Spring of 2004 with a group of lawyers from my office.  They generously put up with me and my camera.

The pictures presented on these links show the picturesque beaches and local sea turtles.

According to the Barbados tourist office, Barbados is home to a “healthy” population of hawksbill and leatherback turtles. These great creatures are protected and monitored throughout the Island. The turtles I saw are located quite close to shore and local tour operators organize daily snorkelling trips. From my point of view swimming with the turtles is a “must do”.For more information contact the Barbados Tourist Office
